For the spoiled and / or luxury holiday, we offer our three luxurious, totally renovated and newly decorated apartment in one of the nicest and best locations in Praia da Rocha / Portimão / Algarve / Portugal. Located a short walk from: the beach, the promenade, the pier, shops and cafes and many affordable and nice restaurants and bars.

WEATHER:
With 300 days sunshine a year (!) Is the Algarve in the cold and harsh winter Dutch, soft, sunny and pleasant in terms of temperature. Summers are warm but the breeze is always a very good stay!
 
BEAUTIFUL & & SMALL LUXURY COMPLEX:
The 3 apartments are situated in a beautiful and luxurious small complex of only 16 apartments. The apartments are located on the second floor of the total four-floor house. The apartment building has two elevators and an indoor garage with private parking.
There are fantastic views of the beach and the sea, the Marina and a number of apartments all over Praia da Rocha / views Ferragudo / mountains of Monchique and Portimão center.
 
FREE INTERNET & (DUTCH) TV:
All apartments have more than 200 different channels, also has a spacious living room and two of them with frontal sea view and a great big beautiful and clean beach. They have a balcony overlooking the spacious living room and a balcony off the bedroom. Furthermore, there is every luxury available such as. free (wireless) internet, satellite TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, iron / board and a large kitchen facility, etc.
 
CHILD FRIENDLY:
Cot, high chair and changing mat, free available on request.

PRICE INCLUDES:
bed linen, towels, other fixed expenses, such as water, light and electricity, final and intermediate cleaning. A travel insurance is always recommended to close.
 
ENVIRONMENT:
Praia da Rocha is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Algarve and has really everything to a very successful holiday to stand. There is a long and beautiful boulevard in both Praia da Rocha and Portimao to have to parade with lots of shops, bars and restaurants for every wallet and terraces. Not to mention the wonderful long and wide and especially clean, sandy beach, surrounded by its famous cliffs. But many small romantic bays are a short distance. Praia da Rocha holiday for the city's second largest city in the Algarve: Portimao where ever (winter and summer) many activities to do in terms of sport, culture and art. In spring 2011, the largest mall in Portimao in the Algarve Open.
 
POOL (S):
The luxury beach-club pool 'Nikki' Nosolo Aqua Beach Club, with beautiful (saltwater) swimming pools (very kindvirendelijk) right on the beach at the Marina located in very nearby. All are within 3 / 4 minute walk.
 
PUBLIC TRANSPORT / EXCURSIONS:
Public transport is also more than well controlled. There are many affordable and varied day trips to Aquafun eg, the busy and colorful gypsy markets, Lagos Zoo, Zoo Marine, Lagos day / Villa Mora / Albufera, museums and theaters and shopping opportunities, etc.
 
FLIGHTS / TRANSFER:
If required we can assist in booking cheap airline tickets and transportation to and from Faro airport. Ryanair.com and Transavia.com offer cheap flights if you book early. We can also very beneficial for you private transfer to and from Faro airport.

PETS / SMOKING:
Pets are not allowed and smoking is only allowed on the balconies in the building.
