4 bedrooms, 2 with en suite and one with a communal bathroom, 3 in the house and
1 complete bedroom outside the house in the back garden in a semi detached separate apartment for people who would enjoy some more privacy within the group.
There is a combined living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a U shaped veranda round the house and a spacious garden and a lovely pool (9.20 x 4.30m).
Lastly there is a separate open seating area above the garage and next to the pool with
a BBQ facility where you and your guests will have a beautiful view over the ocean.
All in all, the house can accommodate up to 8 adults
