The Farmhouse, Skiathos Island, Greece

The Farmhouse is located in the peaceful, green valley of Zorbathes in Skiathos Island. Skiathos is one of the most beautiful of the Greek islands and is covered in forest and olive groves. It also has 60 beautiful sandy beaches. Zorbathes is a haven of peace and quiet where you have that "away from it all" feeling, but it is only 15 minutes drive to the Town of Skiathos which has shops, tavernas and restaurants.  The accommodation consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen, with steps leading down to "The Snug" where the fireplace is situated. There is a bathroom with bath & shower, & a smaller toilet with hand-basin upstairs. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom & a twin bedroom. Upstairs is another double bedroom & a small, 1 person, sleeping "loft" (ideal for a child). There is ample room for 1 bed to be added should it be necessary for a large family or group. We built this house for when one of our daughters gets married & Lida has made it into a "home" rather than a "rental". All our clients have commented on it's cosy feeling.
The villa is fully equipped for self catering. It has an extensive kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, toaster & coffee maker. Additionally, the villa has a washing machine, an iron and a hair dryer. Cots and baby chairs are also available.
The villa has central heating.
