162 - Les Iris - luxury villa with privat pool and Jaccuzi

Located at the top of Creissan with a panoramic view across the Pyrenees on one side and the city of Béziers on the other side, you ll find this house with a beautiful and well planted garden (iris and palms).
The 160 m² villa is built on a 2400m² ground with an oval swimming pool and a jacuzzi situated at the back of the house (closed by a fence), on the highest point. The Jacuzzi has a bar. The average temperature of the water is 37°c and it fits 7 persons max.

All around the pool there is a wooden terrace and a nice half-opened shed furnished with sofas to stay in the shade during the summer.
From the top terrace (see photo) there is a beautiful view across the village and its surroundings. People can go to the centre of the village on foot and find over there a small range of shops and also a tennis court, a petanque field, a horse-riding school and many signposted walks to do.

It has to be said that an old lady lives in a small section onthe ground floor. She has her own entrance and terrace and she s often goes out in summer. So renters will not be disturbed by her presence. The garden and the swimming pool are at the other side of the house. Therefore the privacy of the renters is guaranteed.

Living room with a sofa, table, large TV set , bookcase. Dining area with chairs and table. Kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, oven, dishwasher and enough kitchen equipment for 6 persons. The freezer and the washing machine are in the storage room. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 x 190 double bed and one with a bed of 1.60 x 1.90 and cupboards. Spacious bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin. Separate wc in the hall. Another smaller bathroom with shower and washbasin.

There is a large terrace at the front of the house (with a big table, enough chairs and a swing seat) and also a shaded terrace at the back of the house. All around the swimming pool there are enough deckchairs and cushions. There is ample parking space and the property can be closed by a big gate.
